We require that you enter the CVV on your credit card, there is a link showing you where to find it when it is needed and rest assured that it is only for your security, we NEVER see your CVV, it is only required in an effort to reduce fraudulent credit card use. To pay us with a money order, personal check or cash by mail, Add items to the cart, continue to our secure check out area. Enter your name, phone number and email, followed by the name & address we need to send the order to, select your shipping option, then, for payment options select send payment via mail. If you accept the $5 handling charge for the mail order option your order will be sent to us so that we can get it ready and keep it on hold. You will be instructed where to send your payment. When we have received your payment you will get a new confirmation email letting you know we are ready to send it. Fax us your order at +1 (707) 456.1242. Include the items & quantities you want, the best way to do this is to add the items to the online cart & print a copy when you have picked out all you want. Just be sure to include your name, bill to & ship to information and, of course, your credit card number & expiration date. If your order is a gift please let us know in the special instructions so that we don't include the prices, you can even let us know what to tell the recipient, but please make sure you include it in the special instructions at the time you place the order. SHIPPING We ship via USPS, usually within 48 hours except weekends & holidays. Please note, RocknSocks cannot always guarantee availability of products. If we are out of stock on an item or cannot ship within that time frame, we will send you an email. We do not currently send an email when we ship first class orders unless you have included a note in the special instructions about the urgency of your socks. If you need your socks for a specific event we suggest ordering ATLEAST 8 business days in advance AND ordering PRIORITY shipping. US SHIPPING OPTIONS Unless otherwise requested, all domestic shipments will be sent via USPS 1st class shipping at no charge. All US orders have tracking & confirmation. When placing your order online you will find shipping options at the top of the page after you enter your shipping information. Please keep in mind that these are estimated times and start from the day we ship the order, not the day you place it. We do not require a signature for most order unless you select it for $2. However, a signature will be required on retail orders $100 and up and those sent to businesses and schools. For people in the US we highly recommend that you upgrade to 2 day express if you absolutely positively need it by a certain day that is less than a week away. Also, please consider requiring a signature as mail theft is common in many areas. Although we send everything out with tracking & confirmation, once the mail carrier leaves it at your door we will not be there guarding it until you get home and cannot be held responsible for items tracking shows as delivered if you did not select signature confirmation. CANADA SHIPPING OPTIONS First Class Mail -$5 Takes about 10-15 business days. Priority Mail - $15 Takes 5-10 business days. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS We ship internationally to most countries via the US Postal Service. If you are outside of the US, just complete your order as normal and we will contact you with an invoice for actual shipping costs. In an effort to minimize lost shipments we require all orders $50 and up to ship via USPS International Priority or Express. Orders shipped internationally must be paid via Paypa. When ordering online our system calculates shipping based on the weight of the items you order and the location they are being sent to, plus a small handling fee. You need to enter your ship to info then click next to see your shipping options and prices. Please include any extra address info, such as your province, in the line below country. International shipping times are as follows: * International First Class (10-21 days) No Tracking available. * International Priority (5-7 days) Tracking included. * International Express (4-6 days) Tracking included. Remember, these are only the time-frame the US Postal Service will generally get the package to your country, NOT the amount of time it takes for your package to get through customs. it can sometimes take weeks for customs to release a package, it all depends on what country you live in. Please allow up to 48 hours from the time we send your tracking number to you til the tracking system updates and starts tracking your package. We do not guarantee timely arrivals of international orders, please order internationally at your own risk. Customs: Once the package gets to your country customs will analyze it, determine if there are duties due* (this is completely out of our hands), then pass it on to your local postal unit.
